Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program-specific airframes.
• Must lead small groups with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs with good judgement; involve manager as needed.
• Ensure strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Reduce aircraft turn time where possible.
• Train and mentor technicians on assigned projects.
• Supervise daily workload and project flow.
• Work independently on multiple projects with emphasis on schedule and quality.
