Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and FAA Airframe and Powerplant license required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred; 4+ years in program specific airframes.
• Minimal supervision and ability to lead small teams and supervise daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete the necessary jobs and manage day-to-day tasks.
• Train and mentor technicians; supervise daily workload.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and related systems, including removal and installation of panels and components.
• Ensure FAA compliance and safety in all duties.
