Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and an A&P license required.
• Driver's license for airline travel or valid passport ideal but not mandatory.
• Aircraft specific factory training is preferred.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance; 4+ years in program specific airframes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs and manage shift turnover.
• Reduce turn time of aircraft and supervise daily workload.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and related systems.
• Ensure compliance with FAA guidelines and paperwork.
• Coordinate projects and communicate with customers.
