Job summary

Endeavor Air is seeking a Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technician to supervise a maintenance group. You will manage task assignments, ensure quality control, and perform preventive maintenance on aircraft and components to uphold airworthiness and safety.

The role requires an A&P license, strong reading of manuals and wiring diagrams, and preferred prior supervisory experience. Expect travel to outstations with uniform provided and benefits supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Airframe and Powerplant license.
• 1 year AMT experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand and follow maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provides personnel work assignments and guides, mentors, and trains the assigned group.
• Assume control of the quantity and quality of work produced by the group.
• Responsible for maintenance and preventive maintenance of aircraft, components, and equipment.
• Determines airworthiness of aircraft and components per procedures and FAA regulations.
• Demonstrate maturity, judgment, and analytical ability for aircraft maintenance tasks.
• Ensure adherence to Endeavor Air Code of Conduct in all business dealings.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and operational awareness.
• Work at outstations and with vendors; travel as required.
