Job summary

CommuteAir LLC is seeking a Crew Lead to supervise certificated technicians and ensure proper paperwork and regulatory compliance across shops, bases, and line stations. You will oversee routine maintenance tasks, direct apprentice technicians, and coordinate with Inspection personnel on safety and quality standards.

The role requires a current A&P certificate, 2+ years of maintenance experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Airframe and Powerplant certificate or other certificates acceptable to management.
• Minimum 2 years of applicable aircraft maintenance experience.
• Able to read, speak and understand English fluently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise Certificated Technicians and ensure proper paperwork and forms are completed in accordance with Company, Manufacturer and Federal requirements.
• Oversee maintenance work on aircraft and components at shops, bases and line stations; including periodic service checks, dismantling, overhauling, repairing, fabricating and assembling parts.
• Assist in supervising and training Non-Certificated Apprentice Technicians.
• Identify and address manual deficiencies for management review; notify Inspection personnel when an RII is identified.
• Ensure hazardous materials storage compliance and safety in accordance with Company and regulatory requirements.
