Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred; 4+ years in program-specific airframes.
• Valid driver’s license or passport ideal but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to complete jobs with high quality and accuracy.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Supervise daily workload and manage project flow across tasks.
• Perform general mechanical work on aircraft and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate aircraft systems as designated.
• Coordinate with customers on project management, pricing and support.
