Qualifications

• 8+ years in aviation maintenance.
• 4+ years in program-specific airframes.
• Lead multiple technicians and manage shift turnover.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English; FAA guidelines knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs with quality and accuracy.
• Implement a strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Look for opportunities to reduce aircraft turn time.
• Train and mentor technicians assigned to projects.
• Supervise daily work load and project flow.
• Perform general mechanical functions on aircraft and systems.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate systems on the aircraft.
• Coordinate with customers on project management and pricing.
• Ensure FAA paperwork and compliance are completed.
