Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred; 4+ years on program-specific airframes.
• Self-motivated, team player with the ability to lead at pace.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality work.
• Turnover work to the next shift and manage project flow.
• Train/mentor technicians and supervise daily duties.
• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect, and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Coordinate with customers and ensure FAA-compliant work.
