Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Avionics Install Technician for the 2nd shift at our Perryville, MO facility. The role is full-time, on-site, with the benefits starting on day one and a focus on aviation electronics installation and repair.

You will replace or repair avionics systems, troubleshoot electrical wiring, and work within a team to support inspections and fittings on civilian aircraft. Strong English communication and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; avionics training preferred.
• Experience in avionics or electrical field is helpful.
• Willingness to work second shift and on-site in Perryville, MO.

Responsibilities

• Removal and installation of panels, components and interiors in avionics installations.
• Stamp, bundle and install connectors on wiring.
• Removal of old wiring and installation of new wire bundles in aircraft.
• Troubleshooting and evaluation of avionics systems on the aircraft.
• Inspection and evaluation of the aircraft and components when designated.
