NetJets in Chicago seeks a Site Manager, Service Hub Operations & Aircraft Maintenance to oversee mission-ready aircraft delivery and maintenance planning at the service hub. You will lead multiple teams and external vendors, ensuring safety, compliance, and on-time performance.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Aviation Management or Supply Chain and Logistics, FAA A&P, and 10+ years in business aviation maintenance, with the ability to travel as needed and collaborate across NetJets functions.

Formación

• Focused on aircraft safety, quality and reliability in a Part 135 environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance supply chains and field maintenance support.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for performance of multiple teams and suppliers delivering Mission Ready aircraft, meeting goals and regulations.
• Influence MRO supply chain to achieve SLAs for unscheduled and line maintenance, interior repair, restoration and cabin stocking.
• Oversee unscheduled and line maintenance, managed by staff and suppliers at the Service Hub under supervision of the NJA Director of Maintenance.
• Lead Service Hub Vendors and develop staff and vendors to improve performance per the 20/20 Flight Plan.
• Maintain a local presence across shifts to support team members.
• Monitor metrics daily and adjust plans to meet business goals and SLAs.
• Drive improvements in safety, service and financial targets per the 20/20 Flight Plan.
• Maintain key relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations).
• Promote supplier performance improvements in safety, quality, cost and on-time delivery.
• Keep Operations informed and partner with Maintenance Control Center, Planning, Quality and Training teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
