Job summary

Impact Recruitment is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Crew Lead to supervise a crew of technicians (5-12) on corporate jets across Dassault Falcon, Gulfstream, Bombardier, Hawker, and Cessna fleets. The role emphasizes on-time delivery, safety, FAA compliance, and team development.

You will evaluate performance, assign work, and provide technical guidance while coordinating with the facility GM to pre-plan scopes and parts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recent supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Commitment to FAA regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a crew of technicians (5-12) in aircraft maintenance.
• Evaluates, recommends salary and promotions, rewards, recognizes and disciplines crew members.
• Ensures compliance with FAA regs, manufacturers’ recommendations, repair station manual and company policies.
• Assigns work based on customer expectations and technician skill sets.
• Provides technical guidance on maintenance, service bulletins, ADs, and modifications.
• Pre-plans work scopes with the facility GM to optimize manpower and parts.
