Job summary

Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd. in Broomfield, CO is seeking a Team Leader, Line Service to lead a crew of aircraft line service technicians.

You will coordinate aircraft movement, parking, marshaling, and hangar maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness and safety. The role requires 2 years in general aviation line services and 1 year of leadership experience, outdoors in varying weather, with a valid driver’s license and SMS training within 2 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb ladders.
• 2 years’ experience in general aviation aircraft line services.
• 1 year leadership experience.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate motor vehicles safely.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Completion of NATA Safety First and SMS training within 2 months of hire.
• Preferred: mechanical/electrical aptitude or aviation experience.
• This position involves access to technology that is subject to U.S. export controls.

Responsibilities

• Organize crew to support daily activities.
• Coordinate aircraft movement and parking with Operations Directors.
• Tug/tow, park, and marshal aircraft safely using proper equipment and techniques.
• Maintain clean, organized hangars and keep ramps clear of debris.
• Wash and detail aircraft according to proper processes and maintain hangar floors.
• Adhere to SMS and safety protocols; respond to emergencies.
