Job summary

Hill Aircraft & Leasing Corp seeks a Line Service Supervisor to lead the day-to-day Line Service operations, ensuring safety, customer service excellence, and compliance with Hill Aircraft standards. The role requires coordinating a team of Line Service Technicians and maintaining high operational quality.

The LSS will conduct safety briefings, manage shifts, and ensure fuel, towing, and ground support tasks are performed efficiently while upholding company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Line Service operations experience with an FBO.
• Current PLST NATA Safety 1st Certifications.
• Excellent knowledge of aviation terminology and ramp operations.
• Ability to lead, teach, and motivate teammates with strong judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Line Service shifts to meet Hill Aircraft goals and safety standards.
• Oversee towing, fueling, marshaling, and other ground support tasks.
• Head safety briefings and shift communications with the team.
• Delegate duties, monitor progress, and assess results.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and scheduling for smooth operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to dress and grooming rules.
