Job summary

Modern Aviation in the United States seeks a Line Service Manager to lead and oversee all Line Service Technicians at this location, ensuring a productive, safety-focused, and customer-centric operation. You will coach teams, enforce SOPs and regulatory requirements, manage fuel operations and budgets, and drive continuous improvement to deliver exceptional service to crew, passengers, and clients.

This role requires strong planning, communication, and leadership to align with company standards

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams and shifts.
• Familiarity with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day line operations and ensure efficient execution of activities.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to meet operational demands.
• Carry out Line Service Technician duties to support the team when needed.
• Ensure completion of shift duties, checklists, and procedures.
• Identify and resolve operational issues using sound judgment and policies.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Deliver high standard of customer service for crew, passengers, and clients.
