Pilatus Aircraft USA Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Shop Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations in Westminster, MD. You will lead multiple teams, ensure FAA compliance, and coordinate maintenance records and priorities in a fast-paced service environment.

The role requires an FAA A&P certificate, 10+ years in aircraft maintenance with leadership experience, and strong knowledge of aircraft systems. Expect collaboration across crews, adherence to safety standards, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate required; IA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, 2+ years in lead/supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, aircraft systems, and maintenance practices.
• Proficiency with technical manuals, maintenance docs, and MS Office.
• Proven leadership, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily aircraft maintenance operations, planning, scheduling, and shop load.
• Lead and mentor Aircraft Maintenance Crew Chiefs and Technicians across teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and repair station requirements.
• Review and approve maintenance records and work orders for accuracy.
• Monitor performance, quality, workflow, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate between technicians and leadership to maintain continuity.
• Support workforce planning, training, and performance management.
• Provide hands-on maintenance during staffing gaps and AOG support.
