Job summary

Sierra West Airlines seeks a Dispatch Manager to lead our dispatch team and oversee the safe, efficient operation of Part 135 charter flights and affiliated Part 125 cargo activity in a shared-service model.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FAA/FAR rules, coordinating with crews and ground staff, and maintaining a robust dispatch schedule while overseeing the internal aviation software and security processes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading dispatch operations or similar teams.
• Strong knowledge of FAA/ FAR rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch operations with flight crews and ground staff.
• Ensure compliance with FAA/FAR rules and MEL/CDL considerations.
• Maintain dispatch schedule and communication during all flight operations.
• Review and audit trips and procedures for accuracy.
• Ensure operational data and weather information is properly handled.
