Qualifications

• FAA Dispatch License is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience managing a remote team of 10+ people.
• Willingness to relocate to Oakdale, CA / Toledo, OH / El Paso, TX.
• College degree preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Detail oriented and self-driven.
• Able to multitask and work flexible schedule including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dispatchers, flight control followers, and flight crews.
• Ensure timely dissemination of operational changes and policies.
• Maintain crew scheduling records to ensure legal flight operations.
• Coordinate with Ops and Maintenance for aircraft status and MEL/CDL compliance.
• Advise on delays or problems and provide reports as needed.
• Develop monthly dispatch schedules and ensure coverage.
• Oversee ground handling, fuel, slots, and international permits for flights.
• Ensure compliance with FAA rules, FARs, and safety procedures.
