General Motors seeks a Lead AI Software Engineer – Enterprise Transformation to design and scale AI-enabled workflows across GM’s enterprise platforms and Google Workspace. Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on experience in workflow engineering, automation engineering, software engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise automation.
Proven experience redesigning and automating complex business processes across multiple systems and stakeholder groups.
Experience modernizing legacy workflows into API-driven, event-based, automation-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and support AI-enabled workflow and automation solutions across collaboration platforms, enterprise systems, and cloud-native environments.
Develop secure backend services, scripts, integrations, and orchestration logic using Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
Integrate workflow solutions with ITSM, HR, CRM, document platforms, and internal API ecosystems; translate manual processes into scalable automations.
Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reusable patterns and maintainable solutions.
