Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–7+ years of software or AI/ML engineering in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java).
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI frameworks, or agent tooling (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel).
• Solid understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, RESTful APIs, and data structures/algorithms.
• Experience building production services (microservices or serverless) with observability and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and workflows to automate knowledge work.
• Translate business requirements into robust agent designs with tool orchestration and guardrails.
• Prototype quickly, then harden solutions for reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Leverage LLMs and AI services to power agent capabilities and integrate with enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with platform teams to ensure secure, compliant integrations (Glean, M365, internal APIs).
• Define monitoring, logging, and evaluation frameworks for agent performance and quality.
• Document architectures and dependencies for support and future enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams, and business SMEs in a matrixed global environment.
