• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend.
• Build the project infrastructure: workplans, governance, decision logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress to executives.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end; deliver outputs ready for the client without a second pass.
• Own quality across deliverables; coherence, rigor, and client-readiness.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and growth of client relationships.
• Lead the client relationship day-to-day; manage communication and expectations.
• Coordinate across workstreams to keep internal delivery on track.
• Develop junior team members; provide real ownership opportunities.
