Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to help the world's leading technology and AI companies turn strategy into measurable results. You will lead transformation programs, collaborate with senior clients, and drive value across large-scale initiatives.

Travel up to 40-50% as needed; you will own workstreams, mentor juniors, and shape proposals while delivering concrete ROI and cost reductions through scalable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into actionable implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution alongside client teams, removing barriers and ensuring lasting impact.
• Size and track ROI of transformation initiatives in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend and infrastructure utilization.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress and recommendations to executives.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end, designing the approach and delivering client-ready outputs.
• Ensure coherence, rigor, and client-readiness across deliverables.
• Support business development and contribute to proposals and growing client relationships.
• Develop junior team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
