You will translate strategies into action, drive delivery alongside client teams, quantify ROI, and identify cost reduction opportunities, including AI-driven efficiency. You will lead workstreams, develop client-ready materials, and mentor junior colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years in tech or consulting.
• MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build implementation plans and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers and manage stakeholders.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI-related spend.
• Build the project infrastructure that keeps complex engagements running; workplans and risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations to executives.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; design the approach and deliver outputs.
• Travel: 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
