Responsibilities

• Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; build the implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models.
• Drive execution directly alongside client teams; remove barriers and ensure lasting impact.
• Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track ROI in real time.
• Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations, including AI-related spend.
• Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders.
• Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; deliver outputs ready for the client.
• Own quality across outputs; coherence and client-readiness are the standard.
• Support business development; contribute to proposals and grow client relationships.
• Develop junior team members; provide feedback and growth opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).
