Job summary

HealthVerity is seeking a forward-deployed AI operator within Real-World Data Solutions (RWDS) to translate messy operational challenges into AI-enabled systems used in daily work.

You will embed with the teams doing the work, observe workflows, identify interventions, and build the smallest useful solution. The role blends AI, automation, analytics, and low-code tools, collaborating with data and engineering teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior, hands-on builder role for an operations-minded problem solver.
• Comfortable building with modern AI, automation, analytics, and low-code tools.
• Partner with data and engineering teams for production-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Discover and document how work actually happens and identify gaps.
• Build and ship AI-enabled tools, workflows, and automations with analysts.
• Own tools past the demo stage and productionize with engineering support.
• Use AI/LLM tooling to build faster and choose lightweight vs engineered solutions.
• Design human review, exception handling, monitoring, and governance into each solution.
• Gather client feedback to determine what should be developed.
