Your work will span from discovering problems to delivering scalable AI-powered solutions. We value proactive, pragmatic engineers who can translate business needs into tangible software and automation, using LLMs and mult-system integrations

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, automation, AI engineering, or similar.
• Hands-on with JavaScript and/or Python; API integration experience.
• Experience with LLM APIs and data-driven process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map workflows and pain points.
• Translate problems into pragmatic AI-powered tools and automations.
• Own end-to-end solutions from discovery to deployment and iteration.
• Build AI-driven apps using LLMs, APIs, and internal systems.
• Handle front-end and back-end tasks for seamless integration.
• Measure impact with metrics and iterate based on feedback.
