Maximus is seeking a Lead AI Systems Engineer to join the AI Transformation and Experience team. You will design, build, test, deploy, and improve AI-enabled software across the enterprise and government programs.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 3+ years of AI/ML or related tech experience.
• 5+ years designing or building cloud solutions.
• Experience owning software through deployment and production operations.
• Strong fundamentals in API design, testing, and secure development.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, ship, and operate production software systems with AI/ML capabilities.
• Own difficult technical problems from exploration through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Write high‑quality code across APIs, services, tests, infrastructure, and tooling.
• Build AI-enabled apps that integrate models, enterprise data, cloud services, and existing systems.
• Apply CI/CD, observability, security, resiliency, and performance optimization best practices.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and determine practical production value.
• Create reusable components, libraries, and reference implementations.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design discussions.
