Job summary

UnitedHealth Group's Optum is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, AI Transformation, to drive the AI roadmap across Corporate Security and Real Estate technology domains. You will bridge business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to deliver AI-enabled products and measurable outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in technical product management, experience with Generative AI, and a track record of influencing executives.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Technical Product Management or Technology Leadership.
3+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale technology products and multi-year roadmaps.
3+ years of experience with Generative AI, ML, or data-driven product management.
3+ years of experience influencing senior executive leaders and driving large-scale organizational change.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year AI transformation roadmap across Corporate Security and Real Estate technology domains.
Identify high-value AI opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
Own the AI product portfolio from ideation through deployment and value realization.
Translate business challenges into AI use cases, epics, features, and implementation plans.
Partner with engineering, data science, and technical teams to deliver AI-enabled products using Agile methodologies.
Lead discovery sessions to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, compliance, and Responsible AI standards.
Drive adoption through structured change management and executive communication.
