Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, AI Transformation, to partner with Security and Real Estate teams to define an AI strategy and deliver AI-enabled products. You will bridge business leadership and tech teams, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

You will lead AI initiatives using Generative AI, automation, and analytics, ensuring governance, security, and Responsible AI compliance while delivering business value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Strategy, or Technology Leadership.
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-scale technology products and multi-year roadmaps.
• 3+ years of experience with Generative AI, agentic workflows, automation, or data-driven product management.
• 2+ years of people management experience, leading and coaching teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a multi-year AI transformation roadmap across Corporate Security and Real Estate technology domains.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities to improve operational efficiency and workplace experience.
• Own the AI product portfolio from ideation through deployment and value realization.
• Translate business challenges into AI use cases, epics, features, and implementation plans.
• Partner with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled products using Agile methodologies.
• Lead discovery sessions to identify automation and intelligent workflow opportunities.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
