Job summary

Optum is seeking a Lead Technical Product Manager, AI Transformation, to define and execute the AI product strategy across Corporate Security and Real Estate tech. You will bridge business leaders, data scientists, and engineers to deliver AI-enabled solutions that improve safety, efficiency, and employee experience.

You will lead multi-year roadmaps, establish OKRs, and drive adoption while ensuring governance and Responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

3+ years in Technical Product Management or technology leadership.
3+ years building enterprise-scale technology products and multi-year roadmaps.
3+ years working with Generative AI, ML, automation, or data-driven PM.
3+ years influencing senior executives and driving large-scale change.
Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable tech solutions.

Responsibilities

Define and maintain a multi-year AI transformation roadmap for Corporate Security and Real Estate tech.
Identify high-value AI opportunities to improve operations, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
Establish AI product vision, OKRs, and metrics aligned to measurable outcomes.
Own the AI portfolio from ideation through deployment and value realization.
Translate business challenges into AI use cases, epics, and implementation plans.
Partner with engineering, data science, and teams to deliver AI-enabled products using Agile.
Lead discovery sessions to identify automation and intelligent workflow opportunities.
Ensure AI solutions comply with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Drive adoption through change management and stakeholder enablement.
