Job summary

Digitas, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks a Manager of Digital Product Management for AI Products & Platform Engineering in the US. You will shape our bespoke generative AI platform, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver AI-powered solutions for clients and internal teams.

You will lead daily agile processes, write acceptance criteria, and ensure reliability and scalability of the platform, while staying current with AI & MarTech trends and mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in technology roles supporting cross-functional development in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related tech.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital marketing/ad tech.
• Translate business requirements into technical plans and deliver results.
• Experience with modern web development and APIs.
• Agile/Scrum experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and tasks.
• Identify new features and integrations aligned with platform goals and client needs.
• Stay current with generative AI, MarTech, and related technologies.
• Apply BDD/TDD, write acceptance criteria, and define user stories.
• Work with QA to develop comprehensive test cases.
• Manage daily agile ceremonies and ensure best practices.
• Support feature delivery on the proprietary AI platform and roadmap execution.
• Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting and oversight for new features.
• Monitor performance, gather user feedback, and plan enhancements.
• Coordinate tool and API integrations with architects/infrastructure teams.
