Job summary

Digitas in Boston is seeking a Manager, Digital Product Management – AI Products & Platform Engineering to shape and advance our bespoke generative AI platform. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to implement features, manage daily operations, and ensure reliability and scalability of AI tools and platforms.

You will lead agile teams, apply BDD/TDD methodologies, and translate business needs into actionable technical plans while ensuring quality and timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years in technology roles, supporting cross-functional teams in agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, ML, or related tech.
• Familiarity with MarTech platforms and digital marketing/advertising tech.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical plans and deliver results.
• Experience with modern web development and/or software development processes and standards.
• Familiarity with web/application APIs.
• Experience supporting product or platform development with agile/Scrum.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support technical delivery across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable tasks.
• Identify new features and integrations aligned with platform goals.
• Stay current with generative AI and MarTech trends to inform best practices.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with QA to develop test cases and ensure quality.
• Lead day-to-day agile development activities and ensure adherence to standards.
• Support execution of the product roadmap and feature delivery.
• Provide hands-on technical oversight and troubleshooting for new features.
• Monitor platform performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
• Assist integration of tools, APIs, and vendor solutions.
