Qualifications

4+ years in product management shipping enterprise products.
Experience with AI/ML or agentic systems is a plus.
Strong cross-functional leadership across engineering, security, legal and sales.

Responsibilities

Own the product roadmap and outcomes for AI co-workers and related solutions.
Translate compliance and security requirements into concrete product specs and guardrails.
Collaborate with customers in regulated verticals to feed back into the backlog.
Define quality gates: latency, task completion, safety, escalation, and security posture.
Partner with engineering on build-vs-buy decisions across voice/stack and with sales on GTM and commitments.
Own unit economics and pricing model; report KPIs to leadership.
Work with research teams to craft new AI co-worker use cases.
