Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting, with at least 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI product features for Veeva QualityDocs and Training.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations and present capabilities to stakeholders.
