Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions across the Veeva Quality Cloud suite. You will craft AI agents that convert document content into structured data, enabling faster, reliable decision-making across quality processes.

The role requires 5+ years in enterprise SaaS with AI/ML focus, strong Python skills, and collaboration with engineering and UX teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting.
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Coding in Python and hands-on experience with AI Frameworks and APIs.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, UX, and product teams.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone.
• Willingness to travel 20%
• Experience in data science, ML, or data engineering roles.
• Experience in Life Sciences
• Experience building apps on development platforms
• Experience building software for regulated industries
• Experience interacting with customers remotely and across geographies

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI agents focused on ‘Docs to Data’ across the Veeva Quality Cloud.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Work with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders
