Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a seasoned technical product manager to design and deliver high-value AI Agent solutions for Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva Training. This role focuses on automating processes with AI, designing data flow, and working with engineering and UX to deploy AI-driven features.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in enterprise SaaS product management or related fields, with 2+ years in AI/ML applications, plus strong Python and AI Frameworks experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS product management, engineering, or technical consulting, with ≥2 years on AI/ML apps.
• Experience with data flow design, algorithm selection, and model integration.
• Python coding and hands-on AI frameworks/APIs.
• Strong AI/ML concepts, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Collaborates with engineering, UX design, and product teams; communicates with non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in or within one hour of the Eastern Time zone; travel up to 20%.
• Nice to have: data science / ML / data engineering background; Life Sciences experience.
• Experience building apps on development platforms and for regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and development of AI product features for QualityDocs and Training.
• Design and deliver production AI Agent applications including data flow, orchestration, and prompts.
• Collaborate with engineering and UX to automate key business processes using AI.
• Assist with AI Agent evaluations.
• Present feature capabilities and value to internal and external stakeholders.
