Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and a track record of end-to-end software delivery.
• Strong full-stack capability across modern frontend, backend, API, data, and cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled products with LLMs, retrieval, tools, or similar patterns.

Responsibilities

• Understand real user workflows with domain experts to identify AI value.
• Turn hypotheses into concise specs, prototypes, and small releases with early feedback.
• Own complete product slices spanning experience, services, data, AI behavior, and integrations.
• Design instructions, context, retrieval, outputs, and tool usage with evidence-driven tuning.
• Build an evidence system with representative tasks and automated evaluations.
• Instrument user journeys to measure adoption, latency, failures, and cost.
• Incorporate security, accessibility, and responsible AI practices into the experience.
• Release incrementally, monitor live behavior, and respond to incidents and improvements.
• Make trade-offs balancing experience, quality, speed, reliability, and cost.
• Share reusable components and evaluation assets across the platform.
