You will lead enterprise AI initiatives, with a focus on agentic systems and generative AI, shaping long-term strategy while delivering high-impact production solutions.

The role offers remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with some office work required in Minneapolis or Washington, DC four days a week for hires in those areas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in full-stack development and distributed systems.
• Experience delivering LLM-based or generative AI solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and drive improvement.
• Lead the technical strategy and architecture of enterprise AI initiatives.
• Design scalable, secure AI platforms including LLM-based applications.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to deployment and optimization.
• Establish reference architectures and engineering standards for AI platforms.
