Job summary

T. Rowe Price seeks an experiencedIntegration/Platform Engineer to own the build-out and operation of enterprise AI platform integrations across vendors (Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, ServiceNow, Salesforce).

You will lead the AI support and enablement function, manage high-touch stakeholder relationships, and serve as a senior escalation point for platform and connector defects. You will design and operate guardrails, onboarding, and adoption programs, while ensuring robust logging, data

Qualifications

5+ years in integration/platform engineering, identity & access engineering, or enterprise SaaS administration.
Experience leading or mentoring engineers and running a technical support or enablement function.
Proven relationship management and stakeholder communication skills with senior users.
Hands‑on experience with SSO/SAML/OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC design, and identity platforms.
Experience integrating enterprise apps via APIs, API gateways (Apigee), Microsoft Graph, or MCP-based patterns.
Familiarity with AI platform administration and related controls (DLP, compliance logging).
Ability to produce runbooks, architecture docs, and governance artifacts.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain enterprise AI connectors and integration points across vendors.
Implement and operate guardrails for agentic capabilities and data controls.
Serve as L3/L4 escalation for platform defects and connector issues.
Lead the AI support model, triage, escalation paths, and knowledge base content.
Lead user enablement: onboarding, training, and adoption guidance.
Manage relationships with high-touch business groups and provide technical partnership.
Collaborate with Labs/App Dev on BOT readiness artifacts for handoff to operations.
Oversee provisioning and entitlement hygiene, including RBAC and group-based access.
Maintain logging, telemetry, and observability pipelines for governance evidence.
