Job summary

Gradera is seeking a Senior/Lead Software Engineer to operate at the intersection of business process, solution architecture, AI-native engineering, and hands-on implementation. The role targets entering complex enterprise environments, translating findings into working solutions using Gradera’s Intelligent Engineering capabilities and the client’s technology stack.

Qualifications

• Experience entering unfamiliar enterprise environments and mapping architecture.
• Ability to move from high-level design to hands-on implementation.
• Comfortable switching between executive discussions and technical detail.
• Experience improving SDLC, DevEx, testing, and deployment practices.
• Direct experience with enterprise clients in consulting or services.

Responsibilities

• Assess client engineering environments across architecture, tooling, and CI/CD.
• Translate findings into practical solution architectures and backlogs.
• Move from design to configuration, coding, testing, deployment, and optimization.
• Implement AI-native engineering solutions with client platforms and tooling.
• Identify reusable patterns and inform evolution of service products.
