Job summary

Granicus is a remote-first GovTech leader delivering digital solutions to governments and citizens. This senior engineering role focuses on directing an autonomous agent-driven production workflow within a FedRAMP environment and ensuring high-quality, secure, accessible software.

You will define evaluation criteria, review agent outputs, and own quality from code through deployment, while advancing an AI-native lifecycle alongside senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals across data structures and systems design.
• Proven ability to read unfamiliar code quickly and assess it accurately.
• Experience shipping production software with a focus on quality and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Direct the agent array on production workstreams and integrate outputs into shipped software.
• Review agent-generated pull requests at volume for correctness, security, and accessibility.
• Author evaluation suites to measure quality in a pipeline-driven process.
• Own end-to-end quality, including performance and WCAG accessibility in a FedRAMP environment.
• Advance autonomy with evidence-based decisions and escalate when needed.
• Strengthen the development lifecycle by identifying pattern degradations and remediating them.
