B-Stock is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, scale, and maintain the next generation of our marketplace platform. You will work with technical leads and engineers to craft AI-native solutions that power core ecommerce experiences, partnering with Product, Design, and other teams to drive key initiatives with ownership and accountability.

You will mentor engineers, review architecture and code, and stay ahead of AI trends while delivering high-quality software on ambitious

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality software on schedule.
• Excellent communication in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy systems that scale e-commerce, content, and fulfillment operations.
• Deliver elegant software quickly, using AI to accelerate without sacrificing quality.
• Provide thought leadership on process, tooling, systems, and software architecture, including AI adoption.
• Improve and maintain existing systems, prioritizing maintainable solutions.
• Mentor other engineers through design and architecture planning, code review, and knowledge sharing.
• Learn and grow continuously, staying ahead of emerging technologies and industry trends.
