Qualifications

• 3+ years in advanced analytics, AI/ML or operations research initiatives.
• Experience across multiple AI/ML and analytics domains (LLMs, forecasting, deep learning, etc.).
• Expertise in Python and SQL; Databricks preferred.
• Experience with generative AI tools and platforms such as Cursor, GitHub and/or Microsoft Copilot, Glean, Databricks Genie, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of AI/ML workstreams from methodology through delivery.
• Contribute to product decisions and shape ideation, design, and development of analytic methods.
• Develop high-quality, maintainable, scalable code.
• Explore and apply new methods and technologies to expand capabilities.
• Deliver results on time while managing risks and maintaining quality.
• Partner cross-functionally with data engineering, software delivery, product delivery teams, business units, and stakeholders to drive outcomes.
