Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field required.
• 10+ years of progressive data science experience.
• Strong Python and data stack proficiency.
• Experience with foundation models and RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Kiro, Agent Strands, Bedrock tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead data science solutions across business areas.
• Define architecture and best practices for data products.
• Develop and deploy Generative AI/ML models for predictive problems.
• Create data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior data scientists and drive community growth.
