Job summary

The role emphasizes design and deployment of generative AI models, handling unstructured data, and collaborating with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions. Hybrid work, with Austin or Warren office visits 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive data science/analytic experience.
• Strong Python, vector DBs and similarity search skills.
• Experience with foundation models (LLMs), RAG, agentic architecture, HITL workflows.
• Familiar with Kiro, Agent Strands, Bedrock AgentCore, Bedrock Knowledge Base.
• Experience applying Predictive & Prescriptive Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex data science solutions.
• Manage unstructured/multi-structured data.
• Build/train/deploy Generative AI and ML models for varied domains.
• Forecast trends, identify risks, optimize operations.
• Create data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to community growth.
