Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Lead Learning Product Specialist to own the platform learning experience for customers, partners, and internal practitioners. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in product management, UX-focused roles, or learning platforms for B2B SaaS or data/AI products.
• Experience owning a product area end to end: strategy, roadmaps, PRDs, and shipping features.
• Experience with learning systems (LMS, in-product guidance, analytics).
• Strong UX instincts and collaboration with designers and researchers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-first learning systems on the Databricks platform.
• Design experiences that surface knowledge at the right moment, with minimal friction.
• Translate learning goals into platform capabilities like learner models, progress tracking, and adaptive paths.
• Collaborate with UX/content design to embed guidance within workflows.
• Ensure learning systems are reliable, secure, and scalable for global enterprise customers.
