Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG seeks a Head of AI Solutions to architect a unified AI strategy and lead an enterprise-scale AI engineering function within Citi's COO Technology. You will own the AI roadmap, design platform architecture, and deliver production-grade AI across KYC, fraud detection, payments, and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

15+ years of technology leadership experience in large engineering organizations.
Proven delivery of production-grade AI in regulated environments.
Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and$50M+ budgets.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year AI strategy and execution roadmap for COO Technology.
Lead end-to-end production AI delivery across complex regulatory domains.
Establish AI governance, architecture review boards, and risk/compliance alignment.
Build and scale a high-performing AI engineering organization with clear career paths.
