Job summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking an experienced Director-level AI leader to define, build, and scale an enterprise-wide AI strategy across Services.

You will influence multiple lines of business, design a reusable platform, and drive adoption with a focus on velocity, standardization, and governance. The role requires deep AI fluency, experience leading large-scale platforms, and a proven ability to persuade dozens of teams to adopt centralized tools and processes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management, platform strategy, or enterprise technology leadership.
• Proven experience defining and implementing AI, GenAI, or agentic AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts—where AI adds value and how to orchestrate AI solutions.
• Familiarity with LLMs and SLMs; cloud solutions, APIs, and reusable platform services.
• Demonstrated history of creating and enforcing an AI, ML strategy.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Ability to influence product, technology, engineering, operations, risk, and senior leaders across a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategy and roadmap across services business.
• Collaborate with cluster and country teams to drive adoption, revenue, and KPI alignment.
• Report strategy adoption KPIs to governance and enterprise teams; develop compelling presentations.
