Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Hands-on AI-enabled systems design and delivery experience.
• Expertise in agent orchestration, tool use, retrieval systems, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and delivery of production-grade AI agents and systems.
• Set direction across models, orchestration, tooling, data, and security.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards for AI production.
• Lead design reviews and cross-team collaboration for scalable AI products.
• Advance Build-Operate-Transfer initiatives and ensure production readiness.
