Qualifications

5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled applications and modern AI development frameworks.
Strong fundamentals in software design, testing, observability, and deployment.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design and delivery of production-grade AI agents and intelligent systems.
Lead technical workstreams and mentor engineers across teams.
Contribute to reusable AI capabilities and establish robust evaluation/testing for non-deterministic AI systems.
Partner with product owners to translate complex needs into scalable AI solutions and ensure production readiness.
