Job summary

Capgemini’s Seattle-based Insights & Data team is seeking a highly technical AI Architect with Telecom Network Engineering experience. You will design AI-enabled network engineering copilots, integrate structured and unstructured data, and champion governance and security standards across the enterprise.

You will lead cross-functional teams, prototype AI products, support bids and client workshops, and mentor engineers and data scientists while advancing AI transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Define and execute AI strategy for network engineering, operations, automation, and digital transformation.
• Design and build AI-powered engineering assistants and copilots to improve knowledge discovery, troubleshooting, and productivity.
• Lead development of AI products, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts with rapid prototyping.
• Partner with sales, solutioning, and leadership teams to support bids and executive demonstrations.
• Develop intelligent operational solutions for incident triage, root cause analysis, and predictive insights.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI strategy and architecture roadmap for network engineering, operations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and build AI-powered engineering assistants and copilots that improve knowledge discovery, troubleshooting, decision-making, and engineer productivity across multiple network domains.
• Lead the development of AI products, accelerators, and proof-of-concepts, rapidly prototyping innovative solutions to address business and operational challenges.
• Partner with sales, solutioning, and leadership teams to support bids, proposals, client presentations, executive briefings, and AI transformation roadmaps through technical leadership and compelling demonstrations.
• Develop intelligent operational solutions for incident triage, root cause analysis, predictive insights, automated recommendations, and workflow orchestration.
